- Client is a supplier of large-volume products to supermarkets, retailers and professional users
- Focus was on road transportation, from 3 European sites to customers. Total spend of ca. €10m/year.

Built tender database with >18.000 transports across >300 lanes, for palletized and bulk transport, organized first joint tender across 3 West-European sites, harmonizing relevant policies such as diesel surcharge methodology

Contacted >400 carriers and received >100 tariff offers totaling >1 million data points. Negotiated with >50 carriers
Seasonality
Built dynamic capacity model, to ensure sufficient availability of transports in critical peak season. Developed a transition plan to ensure successful go-live as of January 1st.
